Online Ad Maker:
Homes&Land utilizes the web-based ad submission site Online Ad Maker for submitting ads. Call 925.838.8377 or email production@smartads.com to set up your account or to have a representative come out to you for a little help with this new innovative tool!

Digital Camera:
1. Set your camera to the highest quality and the greatest resolution setting.
2. Transfer your images to your computer without enhancing or correcting them. We will color correct and prepare your file for 4-color reproduction after you submit them to us.

For All Digital Images:
1. 300 dpi, RGB or CMYK (No Index, Lab, etc.) at 100% of print size (1280x1024 for medium-size print sizes and smaller - 4 inches in width and below; 2048x1536 or larger for large-size print size - Over 4 inches in width)
2. If you are emailing the images (production@smartads.com) after you've completed your Online Ad Maker ad submission (preferred method is to upload with your OAM folder), then name your files with the street address of your property or with a file name as close to the address as your computer will allow. This will help us to match your photo with your ad copy. (If you use Online Ad Maker, your images will automatically be linked to the specific verbiage, or copy, you have typed in. More Accurate!!!)
3. Make a copy of your images onto a CD or DVD to submit to us if the files are too large to email.
4. Once you've emailed, please call 925.838.8377 to confirm your email was received.

Fully Built Ads:
We can also accept high-resolution CMYK pdf files. 
Full Page Ad specs: 
Trim Size = 8.375"x10.875" (Must allow for page number to go on bottom = approx. .25" from bottom trim)
Live Area = 7.5"x10.125"
Bleed = .25" from Trim Size
