Homes and Land Magazine just got better! I started Homes and Land Magazine in 1978, since that time (32 years) the demographics have changed dramatically. After listening to our clients we are redirecting our coverage, effective immediately.

Our new publication will be titled Homes and Land of Contra Costa and the Tri-Valley. Our distribution will concentrate on the Highway 24 and 680 corridor. So many agents tell us that they now have listings in both markets. By combining our circulation we will concentrate on the markets you wish to reach.

HomesAndLand.com continues to grow as a major force nationwide. Our direct mail program will expand to the entire covered area.
